1. How we ship

At eboeve, most products are ordered from our suppliers on your behalf at the time of purchase. Once your order has been confirmed and your item is ready, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched to your address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and PostNL, depending on the destination and size of your order. All shipments include track and trace.

2. Delivery times

Because most of our products are made to order or sourced directly from our brand partners, standard delivery times are 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Where a product is in stock, a shorter delivery time will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to production lead times, carrier circumstances, or customs procedures. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Germany and Belgium: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 3–5 business days
  • Outside the EU: varies by destination — we will confirm at time of order

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. We use three package categories:

  • Small package — smaller decorative objects, table accessories, and similar items
  • Large package — larger vases, decorative objects, and medium-sized items
  • Oversized package — outdoor furniture, large planters, deck furniture, and bulky items

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

For destinations outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Middle East, and other regions — shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis. Please contact us at info@eboeve.com for a quote before placing your order.

4. Customs, duties, and import taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, all prices on eboeve.com include VAT where applicable. No additional customs costs will be charged.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict these charges in advance. We recommend consulting your local customs authority before placing an order.

eboeve is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been dispatched. eboeve is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you would like an order delivered to a different address than your billing address — for example as a gift — you can enter an alternative delivery address during checkout.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

6. Receiving your order

Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging before signing. If the packaging shows significant damage, please note this on the carrier’s delivery document and contact us within 48 hours at info@eboeve.com with your order number and photographs. Please retain the original packaging as it may be needed for any transport damage claim.

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a nearby pick-up point.

7. Large and oversized items

For oversized items such as outdoor furniture, large planters, and deck furniture, delivery is made to the kerb or entrance of the delivery address. Installation and assembly are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For particularly heavy or bulky items, or for deliveries to locations that require special arrangements (such as yachts or remote addresses), please contact us at info@eboeve.com before placing your order so we can confirm the applicable shipping costs and logistics.

We also offer a white glove delivery service upon request, ensuring a premium experience including placement in your desired location, unpacking, and removal of all packaging materials.

8. Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on eboeve.com.
